Today i am telling you about the Most Famous Export Oriented Textile Mills in Pakistan, its called the Masood Textile Mills Limited in situated Faisalabad, Manchester of Pakistan. Masood Textile Mills Limited was established in 1984 under the Company Ordinance of Pakistan, Ch.Nazir Ahmaed is the founder of this mills and Mr.Shahid Nazir is the Chief Executive Officer. Masood Textile Mills Limited is export oriented made ups garments company, its business spread all around the world, most in USA, Africa, Europe, Australia and Canada.The Company has latest equipment and machinery to serve globally. The Company has latest computerized network system. The Company has capability in fabric, ginning, knitting, spinning, laundry and apparel manufacturing. Its sales Rs.26,967.899 Million in financial year 2015.

The department of the MTM is  Production, Marketing, Finance, HR and Administration, Exports, Purchase and Quality Assurance.

The Production department is divided into Spinning, Knitting, Processing and Stitching. 

Spinning

The capacity of spinning department at normal  4762 kgs bases on three shifts per day, its has following sub-department:-

Blow Room

Carding

Drawing

Combing

Simplex

Ring

Auto Cone

Packing

Knitting 

The production of this department at normal capacity 4392 kgs based on three shifts per day. The workers engaged in this process have trained and expert. 

Dyeing

The production capacity of this department normal is 41216 kgs bases on three shifts per day. In this process machinery capacity have dye pure cotton and also poly cotton, which is called mixed cotton. After the dyeing fabric, bleaching and finishing department will be works to complete the process.

Finance Department

 This department play an important role in any project, product analysis and its budgeting.

Marketing Department

The major responsibility of this department access the customer 's need and wants and set the products according to the customer's satisfaction.

Purchase Department

The function of this department is to procure raw material for the organization.

HR & Administration Department

The HR department is head of the whole department in the organization, This department is helpful in creating the coordination among the personnel, they also hiring the new employees for all departmental requirement.

Export Department

The export department is handing the all related export document which use for export purpose.

Quality Assurance

The duty of this department is assure the desired quality product of the customer.
